Shipping Policy

We're committed to reliable, efficient shipping on every order. This policy explains where your order ships from, how long it takes, and how we handle tracking and delivery issues. It works alongside our Refunds & Returns Policy, which governs refunds, replacements, and returned packages.

Shipping Methods

Delivery timelines vary by item. The estimated window for your item is shown before you complete your purchase.

Extended-timeline and pre-order items have longer delivery windows, which are shown before you complete your purchase. Pre-orders, when offered, can be cancelled any time before the item ships and are covered in full by our Refunds & Returns Policy.

Estimated times are in addition to processing time and exclude carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking Information

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier scans the package into their system.

If your order has shipped but tracking hasn't updated for more than 10 business days, contact us and you can choose a free replacement shipment or a full refund, as described in our Refunds & Returns Policy. We respond within 24 hours.

Delivery

Every order ships with tracking, and carrier delivery confirmation serves as proof of delivery. Please make sure someone is able to receive the package.

If tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your order, reach out to us within a reasonable time. We'll help you investigate — including checking with the carrier, neighbors, or your local post office — and we'll work with you to find a fair resolution. Nothing here removes any protection available to you under applicable law.

Address Accuracy

You're responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please double-check your details before ordering, as we can't reroute or correct an order once it's with the carrier.

If a package is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, the shipment was refused, or it went unclaimed, our Refused, Unclaimed, and Returned-to-Sender terms apply:

If the failure was our fault (for example, an address we entered incorrectly), you pay nothing — choose a full refund or a free reshipment.

If the failure was customer-caused (an incorrect or incomplete address you provided, a refused delivery, or an unclaimed package), you can choose one of two options once the package situation is resolved:

Reship it — we'll send it out again, with reshipping costs covered by you.

Refund — we'll refund the price of the product. Shipping costs (both the original shipping and the cost to return the package to us) aren't refundable, since these were already paid to the carrier.

If you choose a refund, we process it once the returned package has been received and inspected at our warehouse, or the carrier has confirmed the package is lost or will not be delivered. While a package is still in transit — even if tracking shows an exception or "undeliverable" status — it may still complete delivery, so refunds aren't issued until its return or non-delivery is confirmed.

If a package is still in transit and marked undeliverable, rerouting may be possible for a $20 reshipping fee.

P.O. Box Addresses

We don't recommend using P.O. Box addresses, as some of our carriers (including UPS) can't deliver to them. If you use a P.O. Box and delivery fails as a result, it's treated as a customer-caused address issue under the Address Accuracy terms above. We recommend using a valid physical street address to avoid delivery problems.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Shipping Policy at any time, at our discretion, to reflect changes in our practices, carriers, or operational requirements. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date below, and the revised policy takes effect as soon as it's posted on this page.

It's your responsibility to review this policy before placing an order. The version in effect at the time you place your order governs that order.
