Promotional Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all discounts, promotional offers, sale pricing, coupon and discount codes, giveaways, and similar promotions ("Promotions") offered by Luhxe. Each Promotion is also subject to any specific terms stated in the offer itself. Where a specific offer's terms and these general terms conflict, the specific offer's terms control.

Validity and Duration

Each Promotion is valid only for the period and on the terms stated in the specific offer. If no end date is stated, the Promotion may end at any time without notice.

Promotions apply only to eligible orders placed while the Promotion is active. They do not apply to orders placed before the Promotion begins or after it ends.

Eligibility

Promotions apply only to eligible items and orders as described in the specific offer. Unless otherwise stated, Promotions exclude:

  • Gift cards
  • Shipping charges
  • Taxes
  • Previously placed orders

One Offer Per Order

Unless expressly stated otherwise, only one Promotion or discount code may be applied per order. Promotions cannot be combined, stacked, or used together with any other offer, coupon, or discount.

Use Limits

Unless the offer states otherwise, Promotions are limited to one use per customer, household, or payment method.

Luhxe reserves the right to limit quantities and refuse or cancel orders that exceed stated limits.

No Cash Value

Promotions and discount codes:

  • Have no cash value
  • Cannot be redeemed for cash
  • Cannot be transferred or resold
  • Cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders

Cancelled and Refunded Orders

Promotional pricing applies only to the original order on which it was used.

If an order is cancelled or refunded, any promotional pricing associated with it does not carry over and is not reinstated, transferable, or redeemable on a future order.

Refunds are issued based on the actual amount paid after discounts—not the regular or pre-discount price.

Pricing and Errors

Reference prices such as "regular," "was," or "compare at" prices reflect the price at which the item was or is ordinarily offered.

Luhxe reserves the right to correct pricing, typographical, or promotional errors and may cancel or decline any order resulting from a Promotion that was applied in error, misused, or obtained contrary to these terms or the specific offer.

Changes and Ending Promotions

Luhxe reserves the right to modify, suspend, limit, or end any Promotion, and to update these Promotional Terms at any time and at its sole discretion without prior notice.

The Promotional Terms in effect at the time an order is placed will govern that order.

Abuse

Luhxe reserves the right to void a Promotion and cancel associated orders where it reasonably determines that a Promotion has been:

  • Misused
  • Obtained through fraud or error
  • Applied in bad faith
  • Used in violation of these Terms, the specific offer, or applicable law

No Effect on Legal Rights

Nothing in these Promotional Terms limits or removes any rights or protections available to you under applicable law.
