Luhxe Protection+ Terms and Conditions
1. Benefits
1.1 24/7 Personal Travel Concierge. Text your Concierge anytime by iMessage or SMS at the number we send you after checkout, for travel planning help: packing lists, destination tips, itinerary ideas, airline carry-on rules and Luhxe product support. We aim to reply within 15 minutes, 24 hours a day. The Concierge gives information and suggestions only. It does not make bookings, hold reservations, or ask for or accept payment card information. Never send card numbers or passwords by text. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop messages.
1.2 Lifetime warranty. While your Membership is active, if your Luhxe bag is damaged or stops working for any reason, including airline damage and normal wear, we will repair or replace it at no cost.
- Covered: bags you bought from luhxe.com, including bags bought before you joined.
- How to claim: text your Concierge or email support@luhxe.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We may ask you to return the item.
- Replacement: same model and color, or the closest available model of equal value.
- Not covered: loss, theft, intentional damage, and items bought from unauthorized sellers.
- Limit: one replacement bag every 4 months per Membership.
- This warranty is in addition to any rights you have under law and any standard warranty included with your purchase. It ends when your Membership ends.
1.3 20% off all future orders. Members get 20% off all future orders on luhxe.com, applied automatically at checkout when you are logged in. Does not apply to Membership fees or gift cards. The member discount does not combine with other discount codes. On sale items, you get the sale price or the member discount, whichever is lower.
1.4 $0 shipping on all future orders. Free standard shipping on all future luhxe.com orders shipped within the US. Expedited shipping is available at the regular rate.
1.5 Members-only early access. Members get access to a members-only page where new releases are available 3 days before the public launch, with everything on the page at 40% off or more. There is no limit on how much you can buy. Prices on that page do not combine with the 20% member discount or other codes.
2. Halloween Sale free gifts
2.1 What you get. Qualifying orders include 4 free gifts with a combined value of $102:

Values are our standard retail prices for the same items.
2.2 Who qualifies. The free gifts offer is available only to Luhxe Protection+ members, on orders placed with Protection+, while stocks last. One set of gifts per qualifying order.
2.3 Delivery. Gifts are added automatically to qualifying orders. The Cosmetic Bag and Shoe Bag may ship separately from the rest of your purchase. The e-Gift Card and the Travel Guide are available immediately after your order is complete. The Travel Guide is a digital download you can save on multiple devices and read offline while traveling.
2.4 If you cancel your Membership. The Cosmetic Bag, Shoe Bag and Travel Guide are yours to keep if you cancel your Membership and keep your bag. If you cancel during your free trial, any unused e-Gift Card balance is cancelled. If you cancel after your first paid billing period, your e-Gift Card stays valid until it expires.
2.5 If you return your order. If a qualifying order is returned for a refund, all physical gifts must be returned with it, and any unused e-Gift Card balance is cancelled. If physical gifts are not returned, we may deduct their retail value from your refund.
2.6 Other conditions. Free gifts have no cash value, cannot be exchanged or refunded, and cannot be combined with any other offer unless stated otherwise. Design and color may vary. If an item is out of stock, we may substitute an item of equal or greater value. Luhxe may change or withdraw this offer at any time without notice. This does not affect orders already placed.
3. $25 Luhxe e-Gift Card
The $25 e-Gift Card is a free promotional card, not a purchased gift card.
- Delivery: your code is available immediately after your order is complete, on your order confirmation page and by email.
- Expiration: expires 1 year from your order date. The expiration date is also shown in the email that delivers your code.
- Minimum order: valid on orders of $50 or more, before tax and shipping.
- Where to use it: on luhxe.com only, not on Amazon or other retailers.
- How to use it: enter the code at checkout. One promotional card per order.
- Cancellation: if you cancel your Membership during the free trial, any unused balance is cancelled (see 2.4).
- Not cash: cannot be redeemed for cash, refunded, resold or transferred, except where required by law.
- Unused balance: any balance left after an order stays on the card until it expires.
- Returns: if you return an order paid partly with this card, the card amount is not refunded in cash.
- Lost codes: we are not responsible for lost or stolen codes, but we can resend your code to the email on your order.
4. Free trial, billing and automatic renewal
4.1 Free trial. Your Membership starts with a 7-day free trial that begins on the date you place your order. You pay $0 for Protection+ at checkout. One free trial per customer, household and payment method.
4.2 Automatic renewal. Unless you cancel before your trial ends, your Membership automatically converts to a paid Membership and you will be charged $24.99 every 30 days, plus applicable tax, starting on day 8 and every 30 days after that until you cancel. We charge the payment method you used at checkout.
4.3 Reminders and receipts. We will email you a confirmation after checkout that includes these terms and how to cancel. We will also email you before your trial ends and a receipt after each charge.
4.4 Failed payments. If a charge fails, we may retry it over the following 14 days. If we cannot collect payment, your Membership benefits are paused until payment succeeds or your Membership is cancelled.
4.5 Price changes. We may change the Membership price. We will email you at least 30 days before any price increase takes effect, and you can cancel before then to avoid it.
4.6 Taxes. Prices do not include sales tax, which is added where required by law.
5. Cancel, skip or pause anytime
5.1 How to cancel. You can cancel anytime, for any reason:
- Online in your account at luhxe.com/account under Manage Membership, or
- By emailing support@luhxe.com or texting your Concierge.
You never need to call us to cancel. We will email you a confirmation when your cancellation is processed.
5.2 Cancel during your trial. If you cancel before your 7-day trial ends, you will not be charged anything for Protection+.
5.3 Cancel after your trial. Your cancellation stops all future charges. Your benefits continue until the end of the billing period you already paid for, then end.
5.4 Skip or pause. In your account you can skip your next billing period or pause your Membership for up to 3 months. You are not charged while skipped or paused, and benefits are paused during that time. Billing resumes automatically after a pause unless you cancel.
5.5 Refunds. Membership charges are non-refundable, except where required by law. If you were charged after cancelling, or you contact us within 7 days of a charge you did not intend, we will refund that charge.
5.6 Bag returns. Returning your bag does not automatically cancel your Membership. Cancel separately as described in 5.1. Free gifts must be returned with your bag as described in 2.5.
6. Agreement and eligibility
6.1 Your agreement. Luhxe Protection+ (the "Membership") is offered by Luhxe ("we," "us"). Protection+ is selected by default with eligible bag purchases. By completing checkout with Protection+ selected, you agree to these terms and authorize the recurring charges described in Section 4. You can remove Protection+ before checkout by choosing "Add to cart without $102 in free gifts."
6.2 Other terms. These terms are in addition to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Return Policy. If they conflict, these terms control for the Membership.
6.3 Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old, live in the United States, and have a valid payment method on file. One Membership per customer.
6.4 Personal use. The Membership and its benefits are for your personal use. They may not be resold, transferred or shared.
7. Changes and general terms
7.1 Changes to the Membership. We may change, add or remove benefits or update these terms. We will email you at least 30 days before any change that reduces your benefits or increases your price. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the change takes effect.
7.2 Ending a Membership. We may cancel a Membership for fraud, abuse of benefits or warranty claims, chargebacks, or violation of these terms. If we cancel without cause, we will refund the unused part of your current billing period.
7.3 Communications. By joining, you agree to receive emails about your Membership, including trial reminders, receipts and changes to these terms. Marketing texts and emails are separate and require your separate consent.
7.4 Questions about a charge. Please contact us first at support@luhxe.com if you see a charge you do not recognize. We will look into it and refund any charge made in error.
7.5 Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, except where the law of your state requires otherwise.
