Delete your Luhxe Club account
You can delete your Luhxe Club account at any time. You do not need the app installed.
From the app
Open Luhxe Club, go to Profile and tap Delete account.
Without the app
Request deletion here. Enter the email address on your Luhxe Club account and we will email you a link to confirm it.
What happens when you delete
- Your name, email, phone and device records are erased.
- Your trips, packing lists, Passport, missions and achievements are erased.
- Your registered bags and their warranty cover are closed.
- Any Miles balance is forfeited and cannot be restored.
- Your purchase history stays with Luhxe as a business record, as the law requires.
